Thank you for considering Double Crown and Madam Geneva for your next event. We can accommodate a variety of corporate and social events, including private dinners, cocktail receptions, media events, business meetings, wine tastings, and wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Our two dinner event options include a three- or four-course prix fixe menu or a family-style Nonya menu, inspired by the banquet dinners of Singapore and Malaysia. We are happy to customize a setup to meet your event’s needs.
3 COURSE PRIX FIXE $55 per person
Starters - choice of:
- Apple, Lotus & Lily Bulb Salad with chili miso dressing
- Coconut Laksa with crab, rice noodles, bean sprouts
- Spicy Beef Salad with pickled green mango, cilantro
Mains - choice of:
- Butternut Squash Curry with grilled flat bread, snake bean salad
- Steamed Snapper with grilled shrimp, sesame broth, bok choy
- Twice Cooked Chicken, ginger garlic relish, shiitake mushrooms, star anise broth
Dessert - choice of:
- Kalamansi Custard with tangerine ice, pomelo, lime pudding
- Coconut Chiffon Cake with Thai basil, mango jelly, coconut sherbet
- Chocolate ‘Thai Iced Coffee’ Cake, devil’s food, whipped cream
4 COURSE PRIX FIXE $70 per person
